Station your company
Pick an adventurer, then choose a marked post along the path. The posts are buttons, so you can reach them with Tab and station a unit with Enter as well as by clicking. Tanks hold enemies in place, healers mend the crystal and hasten whoever stands beside them, DPS do the killing. Enemies that reach the crystal take a bite out of it.
